Lane stacker equipment, also known as lane stacker cranes, is the most important handling equipment in automated three-dimensional warehouses. It is a special crane developed with the emergence of automated warehouses, dedicated to elevated warehouses. The roadway type stacker is generally composed of a rack, a running mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a cab, a fork telescoping mechanism, and electrical control equipment.
There are two main types of roadway stackers: single column stackers and double column stackers
1. Roadway type single column stacker
The single column stacker is one of the main components of an automated three-dimensional warehouse, dedicated to elevated warehouses. The rack structure is a rectangular frame composed of a column, an upper beam, and a lower beam. It is suitable for warehouses with a lifting capacity of less than 1.5 tons and a lifting height of less than 16 meters. The stacker operates in the roadway between the shelves and is mainly used to carry unit goods loaded on pallets or bins. The columns are mostly made of large H-shaped steel by welding, and guide rails are attached to the columns. The overall weight of the machine is relatively light and consumes less materials, so the manufacturing cost is relatively low, but the rigidity is slightly poor. Main performance: warehouse height 6~24m, maximum 40m;
Operating speed: standard type 80m/min, high-speed type 360m/min;
Lifting height: standard type Hmax=20m/min, high-speed type Hmax=50m/min;
Telescopic speed of cargo fork: Vmax=12m/min (standard), 50m/min (high-speed type).
2. Double column roadway stacker
The rack consists of two columns, an upper beam, and a lower beam, forming a rectangular frame. The columns are in the form of square tubes and circular tubes, which also serve as lifting rails, and circular tubes require additional lifting rails.
