Types of Energy Conservation and Environment Protection
The Energy Conservation and Environment Protection Produced by Our Company Mainly Include the Following Types:
Sand and Gravel Aggregate
The sand and gravel aggregate production line is a comprehensive processing system designed to produce sand and gravel aggregate in various specifications and particle sizes.
Steel Slag and Slag Treatment
Steel Slag and Slag Treatment are considered secondary raw materials and are used or added during the process to improve steel making practice. Steel making slag added into ladle slags makes it possible to minimize slag line wear.
Cement Kiln Co-processing Of Construction Waste
Cement kiln co-processing of construction waste refers to the process of using cement kilns to carry out environmentally friendly and efficient co-treatment of construction waste.
Advantages of Sand and Gravel Aggregate
Cost-Effectiveness
One of the significant advantages of material sand and gravel aggregate is their cost-effectiveness. They are widely available in most regions and can be sourced locally, minimizing transportation costs.
Durability and Strength Factors
Sand and gravel aggregate contribute to the durability and strength of structures. In concrete, the combination of sand and gravel creates a solid matrix that adds strength to the material.
Recyclable
Sand and gravel aggregate can be recycled and reused, further decreasing their ecological footprint. By implementing recycling processes, the environmental impact of sand and gravel extraction can be significantly reduced, leading to a more sustainable construction industry.
Versatile
One of the more versatile common types of aggregate you can find is sand. Traditional building sand is generally used for housing developments and building structures. It is also used in bricklaying and mortar, pointing applications and other general construction work.

What Systems are Generally Composed of Sand and Gravel Aggregate Production Lines?
Feeding System: Generally, a vibrating feeder is used to be responsible for the supply of stone;
Transportation System: The belt conveyor is responsible for the transportation of materials between different equipment;
Crushing System: This is the core of the entire production line, which generally consists of multiple crushers. Its function is to crush various ore raw materials to the required particle size;
Screening System: It includes circular vibrating screen and linear vibrating screen.
Application of Sand and Gravel Aggregate
Concrete Preparation
In concrete, sand and gravel aggregates occupy most of the volume and are used to provide strength and structural stability to the concrete.
Road Construction
Sand and gravel aggregates are used as paving materials in road construction, including the base and surface layers of roads.
Building Construction
In construction, sand and gravel aggregates are used in the manufacture of building materials such as blocks, prefabricated elements, bricks, and as part of the foundation, walls and roof of a building.
Infrastructure Construction
Such as bridge construction and tunnel construction also require large quantities of sand and gravel aggregates as building materials.
Railway Engineering
Sand and gravel aggregates are often used for the bedding underneath railroad tracks, which helps to spread out the loads borne by the railroad tracks while providing stable support.
Water Engineering
In the construction of dams, embankments, harbors and ports, sand and gravel aggregates are used as an important ingredient in concrete or for filling to increase the stability and durability of the structure.
Landscaping
Selected sand and gravel aggregates are widely used in outdoor landscaping, such as the decoration of sidewalks, courtyards, and flower beds, due to their natural color and texture.
Environmental Projects
Gravel aggregates are also used in certain environmental projects, such as as filtering materials in rainwater collection and filtration systems to help remove pollutants.
Decorative Use
Specific types of aggregates, such as colored gravel, can be used for indoor and outdoor decoration to provide a beautiful visual effect.
Advantages of Steel Slag and Slag Treatment
Sustainability
Reusing slag reduces the need for virgin materials, making construction more eco-friendly. This helps in conserving natural resources and reducing the carbon footprint of construction projects.
Economic Benefits
Repurposing a byproduct offsets the costs of disposal and can even generate revenue. Additionally, slag often proves more cost-effective than some traditional materials.
Enhanced Durability
Some applications, like road construction, benefit from the high durability and wear resistance of steel slag.
Improved Concrete Properties
When used in concrete, slag can increase the final product's durability, reduce permeability, and provide greater long-term strength.
Process of Steel Slag and Slag Treatment
Steel Slag Crushing
After the initial crushing by a jaw crusher, the steel slag is reduced to a size smaller than 60 mm.
Steel Slag Grinding
In this step, we utilize a steel slag rod mill to grind the crushed steel slag, ensuring uniformity of the final product.
Steel Slag Separation
Steel slag separation typically employs magnetic separation, aiming to extract useful iron metals from the slag.Both steel particles and iron powder in the steel slag exhibit magnetism.
Particle Classification
Using a vibrating screen to sieve metal iron particles of various sizes allows for the classification of steel particles and iron powder into coarse, medium, fine, and ultrafine grades, depending on the product's intended application.
